Key Responsibilities
Lead the preparation and execution of high-quality breakfast serviceMaintain consistent standards of quality, presentation, and food safety
Collaborate with the team to create, test, and refine new menu items
Ensure inventory, prep, and section organisation is efficient and well-maintained
Assist in kitchen scheduling, rostering, and daily operations
Maintain high levels of cleanliness and compliance in all kitchen areas
Contribute ideas that improve flavour, efficiency, and guest experience
About You
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a breakfast chef or senior kitchen roleStrong leadership skills and ability to guide a small, collaborative team
Confident with high-volume service while maintaining quality
Experienced in food safety standards, compliance, and kitchen operations
Passionate about seasonal ingredients, flavour development, and consistency
Committed to creating a positive kitchen culture
