About the Role – HR Manager
We are currently on the lookout for a dynamic HR Manager with strong recruitment/HR Operational expertise to join our team at Elite Elevators & Nibav Home Elevators. This is a full-time, on-site role located at our Southbank showroom in Melbourne.
As we continue to expand rapidly across Australia, this role will play a pivotal part in our hiring strategies, employee engagement initiatives, and overall HR operations.

Requirements
Your Responsibilities- Lead full-cycle recruitment efforts for sales, technical, and office roles.
- Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure smooth transitions.
- Manage employee relations and implement HR policies in line with compliance standards.
- Support employee wellbeing, engagement, and culture-building initiatives.
- Facilitate learning and development programs.
- Collaborate with global HR teams to align and adapt strategies.
- Use data-driven insights for continuous improvement in HR operations.
- 5–7 years of experience in a generalist HR role with a strong focus on recruitment.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Experience with HR tools and systems is an advantage.
