Retail Sales Associate
We are currently looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Administration Assistant to join our team.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
This position will have responsibility for the following:
Track orders and ensure timely delivery.
Receiving returned orders, inspecting.
General warehouse duties and maintenance
Compare and evaluate offers from suppliers
Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed unloading and receiving stock
Maintain updated records of purchases products, delivery information and invoices.
General administrative duties
Adressing issues in the Stores and checking CCTV.
Be involved in training where needed
Reference check potential new employees
Conduct face to face interview for those perfect candidates
JOB REQUIREMNTS:
Previous experience working as an Admin Officer/ HR Assistant
An energetic, positive, flexible, can-do attitude (no job is too big or too small)
Strong communication and work ethic
Understanding of supply chain procedures
Demonstrate a high level of attention to detail and accuracy
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Schedule:
8 hour shift
