Day in and day out, our Client Relationship Marketing (CRM) team is building and deepening relationships with a core group of clients across select industries to enhance Accenture’s reputation to create 360° value.

The role

As a CRM Senior Analyst, you are entrusted with helping CRM Leads create and implement highly effective CRM engagement strategies for a select portfolio of accounts. You will work alongside account and industry teams – and your M+C peers - to bring the best of Accenture to a defined audience.

You’ll use data to show and optimize your work, and you will collaborate seamlessly with peers and CRM Leads to maximise your impact.

Typical Activities

As a CRM Senior Analyst, you’ll
  • Execute marketing and communication plans for a select group of Health & Public Service accounts across Australia and New Zealand.
  • Collaborate with CRM Leads on multiple accounts.
  • Contribute to CRM strategy development, co-lead initiatives, manage client relationship marketing operations, and measure and report impact for assigned accounts.
  • Constantly advance your expertise in client marketing, data analysis, and insights to drive informed decisions and optimise campaigns.
  • Curate content and experiences that our clients truly need .
  • Support client relationship marketing activities, including experiences, 360° value reports, messaging sessions, people engagement strategies for larger account teams, and more.
  • Research what we need to know about our key buyers, using tools like Salesforce and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Measure our marketing against agreed-upon success measures and use feedback loops for continuous improvement.
Qualifications and Capabilities
  • 2+ years hands-on marketing experience, ideally in professional services or other B2B organisation. CRM marketing or pursuit / deal-based marketing experience highly desirable.
  • Broad marketing skill set, including campaign management, deliverable development and measurement and reporting. Demonstrable experience in using different channels, including social media, email and direct mail.
  • Brilliant project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills, with ability to present and convey ideas clearly and persuasively at all levels.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to operate and build relationships at senior levels within a large, matrixed organisation.
  • Team player with great interpersonal skills.
  • Creativity, flair and innovation in how to achieve cut-through and differentiation for campaigns.
  • Enthusiasm, passion for marketing with a curious and can-do attitude.
  • Previous experience in Health & Public Services will see you stand out from other applicants.
Technical skills
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar client relationship management platform desirable, e.g., managing client interactions, reporting, campaign set up, client contact management.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
  • Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Experience using Eloqua (or similar email platform) desirable
