ICT Support Technician - Brisbane

Salary: $70,000 – $80,000 per year

• Provide on-site and remote technical support.
• Install and maintain new print devices (multi & single function).
• Offer in-house support and meet KPIs.
• Manage van and warehouse stock levels.
• Collaborate with technical and service delivery teams.
• Liaise with vendors and suppliers to resolve technical issues.
• Deliver consumables as needed.
• Answering questions and troubleshooting problems related to software and hardware
• Setting up and managing computer networks
• Modifying current software to align with user needs

• Technical Experience: Skilled in mono and colour digital processes, printer and photocopier repairs, and electromechanical troubleshooting.

• Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Team Player: Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a high-functioning team
• You are willing (and maybe even excited) to travel around the NT (and occasionally interstate)

• Diploma or higher qualification related to Information Technology
• Must be a Permanent Resident or Citizen of Australia
• A minimum of 3 years of work experience in ICT Support
• Remuneration package is generous, and negotiable based on experience
• Must have a valid driver license
