Assistant Accountant

Position: Assistant AccountantLocation: Perth CBD with flexibility.
Salary: $75,000 - $80,000 + superannuation

Key Responsibilities:
- Accounts Receivable processing for corporate entities.
- Daily Cash Flow Management of multiple banking pools.
- General Ledger Account Reconciliation.
- Balance sheet reconciliation and journal entries.
- Revenue reporting and partnering with internal stakeholders regarding financial reports.
- Monthly and weekly batch processing and payments.

Qualifications and Skills:
- Can Do Attitude!
- Experience in accounting with knowledge in creditor/debtor management.
- Experience working with multiple cost centers is a definite plus!
- Intermediate Excel skills (Vlookups, standard functions and pivot tables).
- Detail oriented, ability to multi-task, work independently and prioritise tasks.
- Experience with accounting systems - ability to learn new systems.
- Brilliant organisational, written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability and willingness to meet business critical deadlines.
