Job Description

Reporting into the Finance Manager, your responsibilities will include:

Supervise the AP stock team's daily operations
End-to-end AP using a three-way matching process
Ensure stock invoices and credit notes are processed on time.
Resolve stock supplier, branch, and merchandising queries
Maintain consistent operational processes and procedures.
Build relationships with suppliers, branches, and the Merchandising team.
Support and develop team performance.
Coordinate end-of-month procedures and reporting.
Review and improve current processes.
Other ad hoc duties as required

The Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 year's experience in a similar Accounts Payable Team Lead role with a strong understanding of end-to-end AP in an inventory-based environment. Additionally, they should be tech savvy, with proficiency in Excel.

Most importantly, they will have a process improvement mindset, excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
