Role Overview:

As a Senior Associate - Finance, you will play a crucial role in providing commercial financial insights, analysis, and recommendations to enhance business revenue and balance sheet performance. You will collaborate closely with various stakeholders, including Finance Partners, Performance & Insights teams, and business unit leaders, to deliver actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality financial analysis and commercial insights to support business decision-making.
  • Assess, analyze, and investigate financial reporting, understanding variances to expectations, and providing actionable recommendations.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop dashboards and metrics that effectively communicate insights and support business strategies.
  • Utilize data visualization tools (such as Power BI) to present financial information clearly and effectively.
  • Support change initiatives by managing financial impacts and ensuring compliance with group finance policies.
  • Maintain an understanding of group finance policies, identify compliance gaps, and propose solutions.
  • Keep abreast of external best practices, innovation, and financial management approaches.

Requirements

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance or financial services.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to provide commercial insights.
  • Proven ability to deliver results, instill trust, and drive business performance.
  • Proficiency in visualization tools like Power BI.
  • Degree-qualified, ideally with a CA or CPA certification.
  • Resilience, self-awareness, and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment.
