Primary Focus:

Reporting to the Ecommerce Manager Tapestry ANZ, the Ecommerce & Digital Coordinator is responsible driving online sales growth and website management for Coach and Kate Spade in Australia and New Zealand, including Retail, Outlet, and third-party channels.

This is a Full time 12 month contract starting asap, based at our head office in Alexandria, Sydney.

Roles and responsibilities include:

  • Manage the day-to-day running of the brand websites (Coach and Kate Spade), monitor site performances and propose and implement improvements in conjunction with the Digital Business Manager & Assistance Ecommerce Manager.
  • Plan and execute digital artwork including marketing materials, homepages, online banners, category headings, landing pages, articles and international assets across websites with DBM to ensure efficiency, accuracy and timeliness of all content publishing.
  • Lead the preparation of the online product master data file for our DTC websites and marketplaces (David Jones & The Iconic). Including completing product enrichment from global files. Checking of all products, descriptions, copywriting, product features and product images for accuracy.
  • Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to support business objectives and goals.
  • Assist with the execution of the digital marketing strategy across all digital channels: SEO, SEM, email, social, affiliates, and programmatic.

Skills and Attributions:

  • Bachelor’s Degree required in Marketing, Business or related disciplines
  • Minimum 1-2 years of relevant professional marketing/ecommerce experience with a proven track record of driving qualified traffic and sales.
  • Ability to effectively partner cross-functionally within multiband teams to capitalise on opportunities, ensure efficiencies and develop and implement initiatives that can drive brand awareness and sales growth.
  • Demonstrates a positive attitude, work in a collaborative team and independently
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, being flexible in approach to meet the requirements of the business.
