Receptionist / Administration Assistant

We’re looking for a Receptionist / Administration Assistant to join our team on a casual basis, helping keep our property office running smoothly.
About the Role
This hands-on role offers a mix of front desk, administrative, and light field duties. You’ll be the welcoming face of our office and assist our property management team with day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer and direct incoming phone calls with professionalism and warmth
Greet and assist clients, tenants, and contractors in person and by phone
Coordinate and communicate with contractors and tradespeople
Conduct property routine inspections and complete reports
Manage key handling and access records
Provide general administration and data entry support
Assist with property photography and marketing tasks
About You
You’re reliable, personable, and have a can-do attitude. You’re comfortable working independently and love a mix of office and on-the-go duties.
We’re looking for someone who:
Has great communication and customer service skills
Is confident using computers and Microsoft Office
Enjoys photography and has an eye for presentation
Is organised and able to manage multiple tasks
