Automotive loss adjuster/estimator

We are currently looking for experienced Loss Adjuster/Estimator to join our team. This is a permanent, full-time position.

Skills and Experience required:

• A qualification in loss adjusting or vehicle loss assessing or has at least minimum of 5 years working experience
• Customer service and enquiries both face to face and via phone
• Use of industry quoting systems
• Quoting of towed vehicles – strip, photograph, and cost quote
• Be able to be cost efficient with repairs and parts ordering and pricing
• Liaise and discuss issues with clients and insurer assessors
• Liaise with trade staff over methods of repair and supplementary work
• Data entry and note recording on insurance portals for future reference

Salary Range: $120,000 to $130,000
