Job Title: Lead Educator
Are you a highly motivated and qualified Diploma Educators?

You will be responsible for:- Supporting a team of educators to implement programs, follow the EYLF and share the excitement of child-led discovery.
- Creating long-lasting connections and partnerships with your local community, schools, and families.
- Supporting the centre to Meet/Exceed the National Quality Standards
- Diploma in early childhood education and care or ACECQA equivalent.
- At least 1 year of working experience in a similar role.
- Current First Aid, CPR and Asthma/Anaphylaxis Certificates.
- Paid working with children check (blue Card).
- Organised with the ability to prioritise tasks/workload.
- Ability to demonstrate innovative and creative thinking.
- Enthusiastic, positive, fun and outgoing attitude.
- Approachable and friendly with a demonstrated passion for early education.
- An understanding of EYLF.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with an ability to build strong relationships.

Working hours: You must be available to work within the hours of 6.30am and 6.30pm Monday - Friday.
