We’re on the lookout for a commercially minded and customer-focused Senior Marketing Manager to join our team in North Sydney. In this exciting and fast-paced role, you’ll lead our merchant marketing efforts and be instrumental in shaping how our products reach and resonate with customers across key B2B channels.As a market leader in bathroom and kitchen products, we’re passionate about delivering high-quality solutions that improve lives – and we’re looking for someone who shares that vision.
About the role
Reporting to the Head of Customer Marketing Channels, you’ll play a critical role in driving growth, visibility and conversion through strategic marketing activation across our key merchant accounts. You’ll be the voice of the customer within our marketing team and bring to life compelling in-store, digital, and promotional initiatives that support our sales and brand objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the development and execution of annual marketing activation plans tailored to our merchant partners, with a focus on growth, category leadership, and superior customer experience.
- Translate industry, consumer and category insights into clear, actionable strategies and business recommendations.
- Own the planning and delivery of in-store activities including POS, promotions, digital activation and events.
- Partner with Sales, Product and Marketing teams to enhance our go-to-market approach for new and existing products.
- Create compelling sales tools and customer communications, including pitch decks, promotional assets and field toolkits.
- Support range reviews, pricing strategy support, and tender processes for key accounts.
- Manage marketing budgets, trade calendars, forecasting and promotional inventory.
- Lead external communications for merchant channels through tools such as Dynamics 365.
- Drive collaboration across internal teams and build a deep organisational understanding of key customer segments.
About you
As our new Senior Marketing Manager, you will have:
- At least 10 years of experience across Marketing, Key Account or Category Management roles, with 5+ years in a senior or leadership capacity.
- Proven track record in B2B and B2C marketing; FMCG or merchant channel experience highly regarded.
- Strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking with a hands-on approach to execution.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Demonstrated experience developing and delivering integrated marketing campaigns across in-store and digital channels.
- Ability to manage budgets, timelines, and multiple projects with confidence and agility.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Commerce, Business or a related discipline (or equivalent experience).
