The Company

Robert Half are currently partnering with one of the region's leading healthcare providers in the recruitment of an Accounts Payable Officer.

Working as part of an established team, you will play a pivotal role in the end-to-end processing of invoices, processing weekly payment runs, and maintaining supplier relationships through clear communication and correspondence.

The role will require high attention to detail, and the ability to work in a high volume and fast paced environment.

The Role

Reporting to the Accounts Payable Manager, this role will see you working in a friendly and team focused environment where your duties will include:

• Processing invoices in the accounts payable system
• Process manual invoices in the general ledger and create intercompany journals where required
• Review invoice authorisations
• Reconciling supplier statements with invoices
• Payment of staff reimbursements
• Reconciliation of monthly credit card statements
• Reconciling of petty cash including checking receipts, authorisation, coding and posting in the general ledger

Your Profile

This role will be best suited to someone with:

• A minimum 6 months' experience in a high-volume transactional environment
• The ability to work autonomously
• Strong communication skills and the ability to liaise with multiple stakeholders, both internal and external
