Westforce Construction was originally established in 2006, primarily as a Civil Construction Contractor. Since then the company has grown and diversified into a multi-disciplined Contractor venturing into structural steel fabrication, precast concrete panel fabrication and erection, high and low voltage electrical installation, and the design and construct of civil works and commercial buildings.
We are currently looking to fill the following roles:
Environmental Advisor - To be considered for this role you must have a minimum of 3 years' experience. You'll be required to assist the HSEQ Manager, ensure compliance is met, develop environmental management plans and procedures, conduct Audits and develop framework for ESG data.
Mechanical Engineering Technician (Pipelines) - To be considered for this position, you must have a minimum of 5 years' industry experience as a QA /QC Inspector or equivalent on pipeline related works. You must hold the associated NDT Certifications.Your primary focus will be on NDT Testing and Welding Inspection. This is a FIFO Role (planned as 2:1 - must be flexible) working within the mining environment.
Drainer / Plumber - To be considered for this position, you must have a minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role and be confident with all aspects of drainage and plumbing in the commercial sector.
Formwork Carpenter - To be considered for this position, you must have a minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role and be confident performing physical tasks related to heavy construction projects.
Welder - To be considered for this position, you will need to have a recognised Welding Certificate and a minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar position.
Motor Mechanic - To be considered for this position, you will need to be trade qualified as a Motor Mechanic and have a minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role.
Diesel Motor Mechanic - To be considered for this position, you will need to be trade qualified as a Diesel Motor Mechanic and have a minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role.
Metal Fabricator - To be considered for this position, you will need to be trade qualified as a Metal Fabricator and have a minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar welding / fabrication role.
Sheet Metal Worker - To be considered for this position, you will need to have a relevant qualification and previous experience in a similar role.
Bricklayer - To be considered for this position, you will need to have a relevant Trade qualification and at least 3 years of employment experience.
Construction Project Manager - To be considered for this position, you will need to have a minimum 3 years' experience as a Project Manager. A degree or trade qualification is highly desirable.
Civil Engineer - To be considered for this position, you will need to have a minimum of 3 years' experience as a Civil Engineer.
Occupational Health and Safety Officer - To be considered for this position, you will need to have a minimum of 3 years' experience in a Occupational Health and Safety Officer role.
Quantity Surveyor - You will be responsible for estimating and monitoring construction costs from the project handover stage through the construction period and beyond. To be considered for this position, you will need to be degree qualified in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying or similar, with a minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role.
Office Manager - To be considered for this position, you will need to have a minimum of 3 years' experience in an Office Manager role. You will be responsible for the organisation and control of functions and resources of the office.

Salary packages between $73,150 to $150,000 will be negotiated with the successful candidates and will be aligned with your level of experience.
