The Role
The Finance Business Partner will join an established team and will be responsible for producing high quality financial & strategic analysis whilst managing several key relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
A high-level summary of responsibilities would include;- Deliver high quality financial reporting and accounting services
- Undertake scenario analysis and influence strategy and planning
- Assume responsibility for the annual budget process for your assigned business unit
- Develop tools, models and procedures with various stakeholders
- Provide financial advice to the wider business
- Develop and maintain excellent relationships with members of the finance team and stakeholders within the wider business
This will be a highly visible role within the structure, and you will be required to demonstrate an understanding of the objectives that the company is aiming to achieve. As the organisation progresses through a period of growth and change, you will be instrumental in influencing positive change to both procedure and culture.

Your Profile
You will be a CA/CPA (or equivalent) with a minimum of 4 years, ideally with experience in the Healthcare sector, although this not essential. Experience in corporate is also welcome as you will be required to work in a dynamic and fast paced team.
You must demonstrate a strong understanding of financial models and be able to translate these for non-finance stakeholders. Your desire to understand and solve problems will be key to success in this role and an eagerness to add value will be essential.A high EQ and outstanding communication skills will be key to your success.
