The Research Coordinator role sits at the core of our research function, providing essential administrative and organisational support to ensure the team runs efficiently. This is a fantastic opportunity for a detail-oriented, highly organised individual who thrives as a central point of coordination and enjoys enabling high-quality research outcomes through seamless operational support.
Your key responsibilities will be to:
- Coordinate Sector Review Meetings by scheduling and organising meetings between the research team and fund managers, including sending invitations, managing calendars, and arranging necessary logistics and travel.
- Manage contracts by preparing, uploading, and tracking documents using Fusion (Salesforce CRM) and DocuSign. Monitor outstanding items and collaborate with Legal on new contracts or schedule amendments
- Oversee the research team’s email inbox, responding to new fund enquiries and fund manager emails, and escalating to the research team where appropriate
- Support the research team by preparing agendas, updating and maintaining various registers, and assisting with other administrative tasks as needed
To join us you will need the following experience and skills:
- You must have excellent skills using the Microsoft 365 suite and Salesforce CRM experience is highly desirable!
- You must have at least 2 - 3 years experience in a similar administration or office coordination role
- You must possess a strong attention to detail, including exceptional scheduling and
- Your organisation and prioritisation skills are essential
- You have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- You will be a team player - we value collaboration!
- You must possess a can-do attitude; this attribute is indispensable!
