About the role:
As our HR Data Analyst, you’ll play a key role in delivering seamless employee experiences by managing critical people data activities. In this role, you’ll lead and coordinate data management for key initiatives, including restructures, Enterprise Agreement (EA) changes, and Success Factors processes.

About the role:
As our HR Data Analyst, you’ll play a key role in delivering seamless employee experiences by managing critical people data activities. In this role, you’ll lead and coordinate data management for key initiatives, including restructures, Enterprise Agreement (EA) changes, and Success Factors processes.
Acting as a trusted escalation point for the People team and Payroll, you’ll ensure data accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across all initiatives.
Your expertise in handling complex programs and prioritising multiple tasks will be essential as you work to provide outstanding support, meet regulatory standards, and enhance our employee experience. - Lead and oversee People Services data activities related to restructures, EA changes, and Success Factors system operations.
- Manage programs such as restructures and position management, ensuring accurate data alignment and compliance.
- Serve as an escalation point for People group queries, handling data-related inquiries with accuracy and customer service.
- Prioritise multiple activities simultaneously to meet timelines and maintain high standards for employee experience.
- Support bulk uploads, Enterprise Agreement changes, and other key data-related tasks.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders across Payroll and HR Business Partners to align processes, address challenges, and streamline workflows.
- Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong focus on people data management and systems such as Success Factors.
- Demonstrated expertise in coordinating large-scale programs, such as restructures and position management.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to balance and prioritise multiple responsibilities in a dynamic environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail, ensuring data integrity and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Proficiency in managing data escalations and delivering exceptional service in a high-volume environment.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills to engage across various functions effectively
