Key Responsibilities

Process monthly payroll for approximately 100 staff with accuracy and efficiency
Maintain and reconcile payroll records to ensure data integrity
Manage payroll-related activities for employee onboarding and terminations
Respond to employee payroll enquiries with a professional, customer-first attitude
Perform manual calculations for leave, adjustments, and backpay where required

About You

Proven experience in payroll administration, ideally managing payroll for teams of similar size
Exceptional attention to detail, particularly in reconciliations and manual calculations
Strong communication skills and a proactive, service-oriented approach to internal queries
Familiarity with MYOB Acumatica is an advantage, but not essential
