Our client, a respected builder with over 15 years? experience in commercial, residential & retail projects, is seeking a Contract Administrator to support the final stages of a hospitality fitout project in Redfern, NSW.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Contract Administrator to develop their skills & showcase their abilities on a project for a leading Australian developer.

The Role

As a Contract Administrator you will work alongside the Project Manager & Site Manager to efficiently handle contracts, costs, and project documentation.

Oversee construction contracts and ensure projects meet specifications and deadlines.

Prepare tender packages and scope of works
Collaborate with team members on contract-related questions and issues.
Monitor costs, budgets, and expenditures.
Conduct cost reviews and generate financial reports.
Maintain project documentation such as contracts and variations.
Handle and evaluate variations and claims
