Your new role

You will be committed to developing your mid-tier leaders - ensuring their constant and consistent development

You will lead and motivate the wider customer service team, to achieve their goals, KPI's and ultimately their continued development too
Be an escalation point for key challenges, drawing on your previous industry experience to resolve and de-escalate issues, and minimise service disruptions

Pursue continuous improvement, collaborating with stakeholders to enhance processes and deliver first-class experiences for customers and partners.

What you'll need to succeed

Previous experience in a Contact Centre manager role - within logistics, transport, supply chain or FMCG/manufacturing
Demonstrated experience developing Team Leaders

Expertise in high-volume contact centres and managing a fast-paced multi-seat customer service team

A person-orientated leader who is passionate about building high-performing teams, fostering a culture of customer-centricity and achieving outstanding results through clear communication, recognition, and collaboration.

Aptitude in mitigating customer risk, de-escalation of complex customer complaints and having performance management conversations
