Position Overview
The candidate will be responsible for conducting in-depth market analysis, identifying industry trends, and providing data-driven insights to support business strategy and market positioning. This role requires expertise in market intelligence, business analytics, and consumer behaviour research within the sector.This role requires expertise in high-level business development, market expansion, and strategic partnerships within the sector. Key Responsibilities
Conduct qualitative and quantitative market research using statistical tools such as SPSS, SAS, and R , and software like Tableau and Power BI to visualize and analyse industry trends and market opportunities.Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning within the HVAC industry.
Manage digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing, to enhance brand visibility.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to translate market insights into actionable business strategies.
Create compelling marketing materials, presentations, and promotional content for trade shows, industry events, and client engagement.
Establish and implement business expansion strategies, leveraging industry connections to drive partnerships, acquisitions, and long-term growth.
Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to ensure alignment between marketing efforts and business objectives.
Prepare detailed market reports, consumer insights, and competitive analysis to guide business decisions and product positioning.
Selection Criteria
Essential Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.Minimum of five years of experience in a marketing role, preferably in the HVAC, mechanical services, or construction industry.
Proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing strategies.
Strong understanding of B2B marketing, including lead generation and customer acquisition.
Experience in managing digital marketing campaigns and proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, AdWords, and CRM platforms.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders and build long-term relationships.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Must be an Australian or New Zealand citizen or permanent resident.
Desirable Criteria:
Prior experience in technical marketing for HVAC or industrial equipment.Knowledge of green technology and sustainable HVAC solutions.
Experience in international marketing or managing global supplier relationships.
