About the Opportunity: We are seeking multiple motivated Junior and Intermediate Civil & Structural Engineers to join a high-profile infrastructure project in a vibrant regional location in South East Gold Coast, Queensland, for an immediate start!This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience on a challenging project while contributing to impactful civil engineering works within the rail industry.
Minimum 6 months (potential extension to 9-12 months or permanent engagement based on performance)
Missions/Main Duties:
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate on-site activities related to earthworks, roadworks, and/or reinforced concrete structures.
- Maintain accurate QA records and ensure compliance with QA systems and processes.
- Support project delivery to meet deadlines, including some potential night shifts and weekend work (commensurate uplifts will apply).
- Work collaboratively with stakeholders to ensure project milestones are achieved.
- Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.

About You:

- Exposure to and understanding of QA records and systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in dynamic environments.
- Flexibility to work night shifts or weekends as required - get paid better rates.
- A degree in Civil or Structural Engineering is preferred.
