HR Business Partner
The Business:
Our client is a global technology company specialising in delivering innovative solutions for the financial services industry. We are looking for a HR Business Partner support the Australian and New Zealand business (approx. 50 FTE) and some project support across the APAC region.Support the Business Heads and managers in the effective operational and strategic management of their people and ensuring a first-class people services is delivered at all times.
What you'll do:
The HR Business Partner will be pivotal in driving people initiatives and supporting leaders deliver these within the organisation. You will be responsible for providing advice to Business Heads on all aspects of employee relations and your expertise will be crucial in guiding people decisions related but not limited to promotions and salary reviews.
- Provide a pro-active business partnering service to stakeholders across the ANZ region
- Provide professional support and advice to Business Heads on all employee relations activity
- Consult and provide guidance to Business Heads in relation to performance, development plans, promotions etc.
- Identify key issues/trends/changes both internally as well as externally in respect of potential policy changes
- Ensuring monthly payroll is processed correctly
What you bring:
The ideal candidate for this HR Business Partner role brings significant experience from a commercially focused HR Business Partner role. Your strong communication skills enable you to effectively coach and support managers.- Previous work experience in a large/global organisation is preferred
- Experience of leading employee relations activity to conclusion
- Experience of contributing to HR strategies including performance, engagement and organisational design
- Strong communication skills – able to coach managers
- HR qualification is desirable
- Ability to work in both structured and ambiguous situations
