Civil Engineering Technician
Phillip Riley is looking for an experienced Civil Engineering Technician to join our team.
Duties include:
Assisting in cost estimation in support of Civil Engineering tasks.Interpreting work assignment guidelines and performing tests on building materials for civil engineering work.
Creating drawings and tables and selecting the right equipment and appropriate procedures.
Examining civil engineering sites and arranging maintenance and repair work
Gathering data, analysing and performing calculations
Assessing material costs and verifying that completed projects comply with specifications, regulations and contract termsGathering data for traffic surveys and carrying out tests on construction materials and soils in both laboratory and field environments.
As the ideal candidate you will have:
You will have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar roleExtensive technical knowledge, Interpersonal skills.
Salary: $87,500 - $107,500 plus superannuation
