• Transition out previous waste suppliers and implement new supplier, locally
• Implement procurement category management strategy in FM
• Manage supplier relationships to ensure optimal performance.
• Oversee the procurement process, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Manage and monitor supplier performance and contract compliance.
• Lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve procurement processes.
• Prepare and present reports on procurement and supply chain performance.
• Stay informed about market trends and shifts affecting the healthcare industry.

The Successful Applicant

A successful FM Category Manager should have:

• Qualifications in Business, Supply Chain Management or a related field.
• Experience in a similar role, adept in onboarding new suppliers.
• Strong knowledge of procurement strategies and supply chain management.
• Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills.
• Strong analytical abilities and financial acumen.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
