nth Degree About the Job We’re looking for a highly creative and dynamic Digital & Multimedia Designer to join our small team. This role offers the unique opportunity to blend creativity with technical expertise to develop exceptional digital content and animation that drives brand engagement and growth.
You’ll be at the forefront of nth Degree’s UX/UI website service, visual content creation, and responsible for producing high-quality multimedia materials across, social media, EDMs, and other digital platforms. You will use your storytelling and visual composition/design skills to create visually stunning content that captures our vision and that of our clients.
Your focus will be on producing professional visual content that supports nth Degree’s storytelling and communication objectives. What We’re Looking For Experience: 3+ years as a Multimedia and Digital Designer. Proficiency in design tools (Figma, Adobe After Effects, XD, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and Photoshop).
Creativity: A passion for aesthetic beauty and the ability to align digital assets for social media channels. A natural storyteller with a passion for video, digital content, and social trends—someone who always seeks to push boundaries, innovate, and elevate brand experiences through outstanding visual storytelling.
Ability to bring your ideas to life through a range of design tools. Problem-Solving: Experience What You Will Be Doing As our Digital & Multimedia Designer, you’ll work on a wide range of design, multimedia, and UX/UI tasks that elevate our clients’ brands and improve the customer journey.
Your responsibilities will include: Creative Direction: Lead the creative vision for UX/UI projects and campaigns, ensuring cohesive storytelling across all touchpoints. Deliver high levels of attention to detail, working closely with the rest of the team to ensure fit-for-purpose multimedia outputs that meet briefing requirements.
Produce consistent, professional digital animated content for web platforms and social media channels, and manage campaign effectiveness. Videography: Develop concepts, produce videos and small animations in response to briefs and strategy documents, ensuring alignment with marketing plans.
Capture high-quality videos for social and digital use. Edit videos to deliver polished, attention-grabbing content. Graphic & Multimedia Design: Use specialised software to design compelling graphics and digital assets (including banners, multimedia presentations, ad creatives, graphics, animations, videos, and sound) for various platforms, ensuring content is tailored for the intended audience and campaigns.
Website: Develop wireframes, landing pages, and websites that are visually appealing, optimised for conversions and SEO best-practices and for commercial success. Expertise in conducting customer research, problem-solving, journey mapping, ideation, prototyping, and testing solutions.
Technical Expertise: Utilise basic HTML skills to enhance EDMs, landing pages, websites, and other digital assets. Ensure designs and code are optimised for various devices and platforms. Organise and manage project workflows, ensuring timely completion of deliverables.
