Desktop Support Engineer
The Company
This is an opportunity to join an established national retailer organisation based in the south-eastern suburbs of Melbourne.
The Role
You will proactively support the internal userbase with IT issues and manage various Microsoft 365 technologies.
More specific duties are highlighted below:
- Support and maintain the M365 suite of products
- Optimise end user computing services
- Create and continuously contribute to knowledge base articles
- Administer and troubleshoot networking devices (routers, switches, firewalls)
- Assist Senior Engineers with project tasks.
Your Profile
You will be a team player with excellent communication skills that takes pride in technical troubleshooting and delivering fantastic customer service.
Experience in a similar role would be preferred, along with technical knowledge in the following:
- Microsoft 365 (EntraID, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, Intune)
- MS Azure
- Business systems
- Networking devices
- Computer hardware, printers and peripherals.
Industry certifications would be advantageous.
