Bunbury - Customer Service Manager
We are looking for a CUSTOMER SERVICE MANAGER to join our wonderful team!
Exmouth Escape Resort is a modern, luxurious, family-friendly accommodation in Exmouth, Western Australia. Situated in Exmouth town, the town beach, restaurants, pubs, the Ningaloo Centre, the Exmouth Visitor Centre, and shops are only a short walk away from the Resort.
Qualification and experience requirements: AQF Associate Degree, Advanced Diploma or Diploma (ANZSCO Skill Level 2) - at least three years of relevant experience may substitute for the formal qualifications. On top of these requirements, the successful applicant will have at least 1 year of full-time work experience as a Customer Service Manager.
This role manages the Customer Service department of Exmouth Escape Resort. Your duties will include but are not limited to the following:
- Establish and maintain fluent operations of the Customer Service team within the business;
- Manage, evaluate and guide the Customer Service team, and contribute to their motivation and development;
- Recruitment of customer service team members;
- Organise and implement after-sales services systems to monitor customer satisfaction and gauge the performance of services provided and goods sold;
- Create programs, policies and procedures concerning customer relations and goods and services provided;
- Monitor, analyse and update programs, policies and procedures as required;
- Collaborate with other departments within the business, stakeholders and target consumer groups to define and successfully meet customer expectations.
- The Customer Service team being our Front Office employees.
You will be reporting to the Resort Manager and to the Director/CEO. The operational (front office) staff will fall under your remit.
