About the Role:This is a part time/full time position for a skilled and thoughtful Head Barista who will lead our coffee program, work closely with the owners, and contribute to a supportive team culture. You’ll be the face of our coffee offering – dialling in daily, managing quality control, and creating an environment where staff and customers alike feel valued.
You’ll Be:Experienced with specialty coffee and passionate about quality and flavourWarm, kind, and genuinely friendly – hospitality comes naturally to youSkilled in workflow management and training junior baristasConfident in dialling in espresso, milk texturing, and maintaining equipmentA team player who brings good energy to the space
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years experience in a specialty coffee roleConfident working with high-volume coffee serviceFamiliarity with Small Batch coffee a big plusFull working rights in Australia
