Our speciality is a carefully curating a high-quality selection of local and international wines, bespoke beers and spirits, perfect for pairing with our delectable tapas and share plates.

We are now looking for talented and passionate Chef to join our dedicated kitchen team and contribute to our high standards of culinary excellence. We are offering $76K to $80K.

• Preparing, cooking and serving a wide variety of dishes according with the restaurant menu's recipes and personal judgement using

• Maintaining the cleanliness and tidiness of the kitchen
• Creating new dishes and planning menus
• Ensuring that dishes meet high standards at all stages of preparation and presentation
• Supervise and coordinate work of other staff members and train them to prepare food at ahigh standard
• Planning menus, estimating food and labour costs and ordering food supplies.

• Diploma of Hospitality Management and Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery
• Proven 3 years’ experience as a Chef.
• Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and food preparation.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• A passion for creating exceptional dishes and a commitment to continuous learning.
• Relevant culinary qualifications or certifications.
