Welder / Metal Fabricator

Central Steel Build is a family-owned business established over 40 years ago with solid track record based on trust, integrity and outstanding results. We are currently seeking to recruit an experienced and qualified Welder / Metal Fabricator to join our factory in Kyneton VIC.

The successful candidate will need to undertake and possess:

• Adhere to WHS
• Ability to read and interpret drawings to a high standard ad recognising welding specifications
• Safety first attitude
• Proficiency in MIG, TIC and Arc Welding
• Continuous focus toward meeting exceptional quality assurance standards, waste minimisation and job completion efficiencies
• All aspects of general fabrications, welding and sheet metal work
• Proficiency in water jet laser and laser cutting

Skills and Attributes:

• Certificate III in Fabrication and Welding or equivalent
• Ideally have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in similar role
• Ability to work in a team environment

Salary range is $70,000 - $85,000pa commensurate with experience
