• Preparation of income tax working papers and liaison with external tax agent to ensure the timely lodgement of

• Preparation of tax-effect accounting and reporting including note disclosures.
• Annual FBT return preparation and lodgement.
• Support the preparation of the monthly BAS returns and other tax administration as required.
• Preparation and review of monthly journals, account reconciliations and accounting workpapers.
• Preparation of monthly management reporting, including cash flow statements and KPI reporting.
• Ensure monthly financial reporting is completed on time and in accordance with accounting standards.
• Maintain and improve finance processes, documentation and systems to create efficiencies and support business

objectives.

• A bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• CPA or CA qualification.
• Strong understanding of corporate tax.
• Experience in the property industry is desirable but not essential.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• An innovative and problem-solving mindset.

• Comepetitive salary of $100,000 -$110,000 + superannuation.
