Neata Glass & Aluminium is looking for enthusiastic multiskilled glaziers for full time permanent position to join their team based in Alice Spring.
Our duties will be as follows:- Site measurements and setting out according to shop drawings
- cut and install glass including laminated safety glass
- fabricate commercial windows and doors including installation
- Organize and manage material and equipment deliveries and collections to and from site
- Application of structural and weather sealants
- Quality control of products before install and documentation thereof
- Installation of aluminium glazing systems
- At least 3 years experience as a glazier
- Ability to determine type and dimensions of glass
- Knowledge of coating, etching, trimming and treatment of glass
- Ability to measure and mark glass for cutting
- Ability to cut glass along patterns and shapes with appropriate tools
- Ability to work rough edges of glass with appropriate techniques
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Be pro-active and be able to forward plan well presented
