The Opportunity
Here is a good opportunity for a ServiceNow Business Analyst / System Analyst to join our Melbourne or Sydney team.
Requirements:
Facilitate discussions with different teams, conduct workshops, design user stories
Design and configure solutions for Configuration Management, Asset Management and CMDB in ServiceNow
Produce the required specifications in line with the needs of the customer and the project - Business Requirements, Stakeholder Requirements, Solution Requirements, Process Mapping
Provide effort estimates for new investment requests
Ability to work both autonomously and with the wider Sysintegra team and third-party suppliers
Work in Agile as well as Hybrid delivery models
Learn and acquire new skills around additional and newer ServiceNow modules that are becoming available from time to time and master the technical configuration and development best practices as well as implementation methods.
