Farm Operations & Packing Coordinator

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Farm Operations & Packing Coordinator to support daily activities across our farm and packing operations.

Responsibilities include:

• Coordinating and performing packing of farm produce
• Operating a forklift to load products into trucks
• Maintaining farm fertiliser and chemical supplies, including safe handling and record-keeping
• Assisting with general farm duties and maintaining a clean work environment
• Monitoring stock levels and ordering materials when required
• Inputting invoices, purchase orders, and dispatch orders into our system
• Supporting day-to-day farm workflow to ensure smooth, efficient operations

Requirements:

• Experience in farm, warehouse, or packing work (preferred but not essential)
• Forklift licence or willingness to obtain
• Ability to perform manual lifting and work in outdoor environments
• Good organisational and time-management skills
• Basic computer skills for data entry

Hours:

• 5 days a week. Days will rotate. Some weekend or early-morning work may be required during peak seasons.
