The Multimedia Specialist role at Insprove is a dynamic and highly visible position that supports both internal and external clients, including state and federal government agencies. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality multimedia content, including graphic design, video production, and interactive media, while also acting as a consultant to government bodies for their design needs.The role requires a strong focus on quality, compliance with government standards, and the ability to manage complex projects from concept to delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Consulting and Client Engagement: Act as a multimedia consultant for state and federal government projects, offering expert guidance on creative solutions that meet regulatory and strategic requirements.Multimedia Content Development: Produce multimedia content, including digital and print materials, video, photography, and animation, tailored to client objectives and compliant with government branding guidelines.
Project Management: Lead the end-to-end management of multimedia projects, from concept development through to post-production, ensuring on-time delivery within agreed specifications and budgets.
Presentations and Training Materials: Design and develop high-quality, visually engaging presentations and interactive training materials for government programs, ensuring clarity and compliance with all relevant standards.
Collaboration with Stakeholders: Work closely with internal teams and government representatives to understand project needs and deliver tailored, high-impact creative solutions.
Branding and Compliance: Ensure all creative outputs meet corporate branding standards and government requirements, adhering to best practices in design and media production.
Software Proficiency: Utilize industry-standard design and multimedia software (Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Suite, etc.) to produce polished, professional outputs across various media platforms.
Stay Informed on Trends: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of multimedia design trends and technological advancements, applying these insights to continuously improve the quality of deliverables.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.A minimum of 5 years of experience in multimedia design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your ability to deliver creative solutions for government or corporate clients.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro), Microsoft Office Suite, and video editing software.
Experience working with state or federal government projects is highly desirable.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, delivering high-quality work on time and within budget.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients, including government officials.
