SAP CS (Customer Service) Consultant

Maintain Technology Consulting is seeking an experienced SAP CS (Customer Service) Consultant to support our clients in maximizing the performance of their SAP Customer Service modules. The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge of SAP CS processes and configuration, ensuring that customer queries and service needs are met efficiently.

• Design, configure, and implement SAP CS solutions based on business requirements.
• Provide expertise in SAP CS processes, including service notifications, order processing, contracts, warranties, and billing.
• Integrate SAP CS with other modules like SD, MM, PM, and FI/CO.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Conduct system testing, user training, and support post-go-live activities.
• Troubleshoot issues, provide resolution, and optimize system performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless implementation and support.
• Maintain SAP best practices and ensure compliance with business policies.

• 8+ years of experience working with SAP CS, including implementation and support.
• Strong knowledge of SAP modules and processes, especially CS, SD, and PM.
• Experience in SAP configuration related to customer service processes, including service order management, warranty management, and service contract management.
• Ability to analyze business processes and develop innovative solutions.
• Familiarity with related SAP tools such as SAP Solution Manager, SAP Fiori, or other analytics tools is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with various stakeholders.
• Hands-on experience documenting processes and workflows.
• SAP certification in Customer Service or related areas is a plus.
