Senior Accountant (Part time or Full Time)

About Our Client

Our client is a dynamic non-bank lender specialising in providing loans to assist vendors with the preparation and promotion costs associated with selling a property, as well as loans for real estate agents secured against future receivable commission

• Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with accounting standards.
• Ensure proper accounting for loan transactions, including vendor assistance loans and commission-secured loans for real estate agents.
• Maintain the general ledger and ensure that all transactions are recorded accurately.
• Reconcile bank accounts, loan receivables, and intercompany transactions.
• Provide detailed financial analysis to senior management on key financial metrics.

• - Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive, with a keen eye for identifying and resolving discrepancies or inefficiencies.
• Ethical and able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive financial data with integrity.
• A team player who works well in a collaborative environment, but also able to take initiative and work independently when required.
