Our client is a leading cold/dry storage company in the food service industry, specialising in providing high-quality chilled, frozen, and dry goods to businesses. They pride themselves on commitment to excellence, reliability, and customer satisfaction.
Due to recent growth, they are seeking an experienced Store Person with HighForklift experience to join their dynamic team.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:- Loading and unloading trucks using forklift (counterbalance and high reach).
- Manual handling and lifting up to 25kgs.
- Picking and packing orders with accuracy.
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the warehouse.
- Stock take, stock rotation, and inventory control.
- Liaising with delivery drivers to ensure smooth operations.
- Operating in cold storage environments, including chilled rooms, freezers, and dry areas.
- Proven experience as a High Reach Forklift Driver in a warehouse environment
- Able to get to Moorebank to be able to commence at 2:00am start till 7:00am
- Must hold a current forklift license
- Physically fit and capable of lifting up to 25kgs repetitively
- Comfortable working in cold/freezer and cool room conditions
- Reliable with a strong work ethic
- Commitment to early morning shifts
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in unloading containers and handling stock is ideal
