Salary: $75,000 - $100,000 + super + travel allowance

Writing reports, adhering to NDIS requirements
Liaising with support coordinators, local area coordinators and families
Community centre for group therapy access and rehab room
Extra supervision and support during first few months (if needed)

Our Clients vision and mission is centred on delivering exceptional quality care within the Aged Care and Disability Sectors. They provide various community and in-home support services catered towards individual needs.
They are currently seeking a Speech Pathologist to service the Melbourne Community through home-care packages.You will be working within a multidisciplinary team to offer the ultimate care to your participants. Providing in-home care and building relationships with participants and their families during a flexible work-week.This role is open to New Graduates as well as Senior Clinicians.
As a Speechie you are expected to:
Visiting NDIS participants, assessing their needs, designing therapy plans and advocating on their behalfAchieving success with clients presenting with a range of conditions, including neurological conditions, ASD, psychosocial and more
Helping our young participants 0-5, across speech, language, AAC and more
Writing reports, adhering to NDIS requirements
Liaising with support coordinators, local area coordinators and families
Collaborating with the multidisciplinary team
