We will bring a casual and affordable dining experience with simple dishes executed well. Our menu will consist of snacks, daily specials, all made with traditional Italian recipes and will be greatly complimented with a great cocktail list and Italian varietal heavy cellar.

• Completed Commercial Cookery studies
• Food safety supervisor certificate
• Expertise with fresh pasta making
• Proficiency in Italian cuisine

• Collaborating with our team in menu planning, recipe development, cook-offs, writing tasting notes
• Ensuring consistent delivery and presentation of dishes in line with venue standards
• Ongoing staff training
• Maintaining food health & safety requirements
• Managing cost control
