About the Position

Salary: $80,000 per annum plus superannuation

Purpose of the Role
The Heritage Consultant will provide support to Team Leads or Senior Heritage Consultants in both fieldwork and office-based tasks. The role encompasses delivering high-quality heritage consultancy services while adhering to Terra Rosa’s policies, maintaining compliance with relevant regulations, and fostering effective stakeholder relationships.
Duties & Responsibilities- Field-Based Tasks
- Conduct surveys and site recording activities in alignment with Terra Rosa’s methodologies and approaches.
- Assist with field logistics to ensure seamless operations.
- Execute tasks in accordance with Terra Rosa and proponent policies, with a focus on work health and safety compliance.
- Collect and manage data to maintain high levels of quality and accuracy.
- Work effectively as part of a collaborative team.
- Office-Based Tasks
- Follow project priorities as directed by the Team Lead, Engagement Manager(s), or Senior Management.
- Prepare for, attend, or lead project meetings as required.
- Ensure deliverables are completed to a high standard and delivered within agreed timelines.
- Adhere to Terra Rosa’s operational, financial, and administrative processes and procedures.
- Participate actively in Terra Rosa’s mentoring programs and professional development initiatives.
- Stakeholder Engagement
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with Traditional Owners, proponents, and other stakeholders.

- Develop a thorough understanding of relevant legislation, policies, guidelines, and procedures to ensure informed decision-making and
project compliance.
