• Employment Type: Full-Time (Minimum 38 Hours per Week)
• Salary: $75,000 - $77,000 + Superannuation + Annual Leave

Due to big projects won and being executed in the coming years, we are looking for experienced Painting Trade Workers who will be part of the team and doing the following tasks and duties.

As a Painting Trade Worker, you will be involved in various stages of interior and exterior painting projects. This role requires precision and an eye for detail, ensuring the highest quality finish for our clients.

• Erect scaffolding and ladders, placing drop sheets to protect areas from paint.
• Prepare surfaces by removing old coatings, repairing woodwork, filling cracks, and ensuring surfaces are smooth and sealed.
• Repair and replace damaged steel structures and re-paint to match existing ones.
• Mix and prepare paint to client specifications and apply efficiently using brushes, rollers, and sprays.
• Apply varnishes and stains, hang wallpaper with precise pattern matching, and perform trimming.
• Maintain cleanliness of the work area and properly handle equipment.

• Certificate III in Painting and Decoration
• Minimum of three years of work experience in a similar role, demonstrating proficiency in a range of painting techniques.

• Proficiency in erecting scaffolding, surface preparation, and paint application.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality workmanship.
• Willing to relocate / work in regional areas.
