Position : Full TimeSalary : $70,000 - $80,000 per year
Location : Hervey Bay, QLD
A unique and relaxed atmosphere that only Enzo's on the Beach can offer, with dine on delicious cuisine in a relaxed atmosphere whilst taking in the uninterrupted sea views of Hervey Bay and Fraser Island.
Enzo's on the beach is currently looking for hardworking and dedicated Cook to join their team.
Skills, Duties, and Responsibilities:- Confidence in their cooking abilities
- Creativity and high presentation standards
- Ability to create dishes with consistency
- Skills in preparing different variety of cuisine
- Skilled in preparing, seasoning, and cooking food according to recipes
- Understanding of food safety and OHS requirements
- Train and manage junior cooks and kitchen staff.
- Achieving all safety, hygiene and food quality
- At least 2 years’ experience in a similar role
- Relevant qualifications in commercial cookery
- Ability to excel in a high-volume, high-pressure environment
- Proactive, energetic and shares a passion for the hospitality industry
- Possess effective communication skills with an approachable manner
