We are looking for a well rounded and experienced Sous Chef to join the team in our vibrant and fast paced cafe in Casuarina. We are after someone who works well in a team, has a love for food, ingredients and can work well in a fast moving environment under pressure.
Has expirience with ordering, par levels, assisting with creating new menus, looking after suplier relations, staying on top of food and labour cost. We have been operating for over six years and have well established ourselves as a community hub and weekend getaway for locals.
