System Administrator
We are looking for an enthusiastic System Administrator who will be responsible for overseeing and managing computer systems, including servers and network, including installation and configuring of new hardware and software, as well as advise on IT policies and system upgrades.
Roles and Responsibilities:- Managing and administrating Active Directory, application deployment, replication, installing and configuring technical issues safeguard the accuracy and completeness architecture in place.
- Manage system routine backups, scheduling jobs, monitoring recovery procedures, and enforcing security and integrity controls.
- Document all setup procedures and system related polices (SOP’s)
- Preparing and maintaining documentation, policies and instructions, and recording and detailing operational procedures and system logs to assist teams in the future in case of similar incidents.
- Research and evaluate new technologies, products, and services and recommend modifications as per requirements.
- Maintain software and hardware inventory and ordering of required new products with multiple vendors to ensure their Service Level Agreement (SLA’s) are met.
- Act as a point of contact for vendors, suppliers, service providers and external resources to ensure continuous functioning of infrastructure.
- Responsible to test system upgrades and performance, tracking and logging reported issues and their resolutions as per approved processes and procedures.
- Providing Technical support to diagnose server-related hardware and software faults, surrounding workstations and storage infrastructure.
- Certifying infrastructure design allows all components to work together and work accurately as per agreed requirements of the system.
- Creating and maintaining user’s accounts, profiels, security, rights to disk space and process monitoring
- Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field
- 5-10 years’ experience in programming languages
- Excellent attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

ICT Business Analysts
Looking for a software Business Analyst to join software development team. Someone who is comfortable asking “why?” The ideal candidate is a divergent thinker who understands industry best practices, is team player possessing strong analytical as well as technical skills, and are able to communicate the logic behind technical decisions to non-tech stakeholders.
Roles and Responsibilities:- Elicits, analyses, specifies, and validates the business needs of stakeholders
- Collaborates with project s to determine project scope and vision.
- Identify, investigate, and analyse business processes, procedures and work practices
- Identifying and evaluating inefficiencies and recommending optimal business practices, and system functionality and behaviour
- Assists in conducting research on products to meet agreed upon requirements and to support purchasing efforts.
- Analyses and verifies requirements for completeness, consistency, comprehensibility, feasibility, and conformity to standards.
- Develops templates to accurately and concisely write requirements specifications
- Creates process models, specifications, diagrams, and charts to provide direction to developers and/or the project team.
- Develops and conduct peer reviews of the business requirements to ensure that requirement specifications are correctly interpreted.
- Assists with the interpretation of customer requirements into feasible options, and communicating these back to the business stakeholders.
- Manages and tracks the status of requirements throughout the project lifecycle; enforce and redefine as necessary.
- Communicates changes, enhancements, and modifications of business requirements — verbally or through written documentation — to project managers, sponsors, and other stakeholders so that issues and solutions are understood.
- Provides guidance and/or instruction to junior staff members.
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Software Engineering or Information Technology
- 2+ years’ software development or programming experience Able to exercise independent judgment and take action on it
- Excellent analytical, mathematical, and creative problem-solving skills
- Excellent listening, interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
