• Have experience of POS terminals using Ordermate or similar.
• Have a good grasp of cash handling and end of day procedures.
• Be proficient on Open Table or similar digital booking management systems.
• Be passionate about giving guests the best possible experiences.
• Be a proactive problem solver and have a keen attention to detail.
• Be hands on about training and inspiring your colleagues to do better everyday.
• Have a solid understanding of wine and classic cocktails.
• Be a champion at multi-tasking and not afraid to get their hands dirty.
• Have the ability to think strategically, work to a plan and drive the business forward.
• Always lead by example with focus on building and expanding the business into an exciting future.
• Have strong English skills.
• Hold a current RSA for Queensland.

• Delivering high end guest experiences in a casual setting.
• Maintaining standards of service and observing SOPs in a fast paced environment.
• Actively managing labour costs on shift.
• Managing customer bookings systems.
• Supporting management with hiring, training and performance management.
• Creating a happy and safe working environment for everyone by ensuring company policies are observed.
• Managing lighting, music and atmosphere through the cycle of the day and seasons.
• Helping execute functions and special events.
• Completing start and end of day accounting procedures.
• Management of online sales system.
