What we’re looking for:We’re after a bright spark who thrives on delivering exceptional experiences and achieving results. As a Senior Sales Consultant, you’ll be the go-to expert for our retail and trade customers, helping them find lighting solutions that truly dazzle. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Deliver expert professional customer service and tailored product advice to retail and trade clients.
- Build genuine relationships and guide customers through their lighting journeys.
- Manage enquiries, quotes, and follow-ups with timeliness and precision.
- Achieve sales targets while contributing to an inspiring team environment.
- Stay ahead of the curve with a deep knowledge of lighting products and industry trends.
- Ensure the showroom is beautifully presented and product displays are top-notch.
- Previous retail sales experience, with a track record of meeting sales targets and working towards budgets.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to connect genuinely with clients.
- Experience in trades, electrical, or homeware industries is highly regarded.
- Proficiency with computers, including experience with point-of-sale systems.
- A passion for lighting design and creating solutions that transform spaces.
- A proactive and organised approach to managing tasks and priorities.
