Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with payroll processing for approximately 700 casual employees on a fortnightly basis.
- Including terminations, timesheet uploads, and new hire processing, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Verify and enter fortnightly timesheets efficiently.
- Respond to payroll inquiries professionally, escalating complex issues when needed.
- Maintain accurate payroll records for compliance and audit.
Your profile:
- This role will suit someone who has been in payroll 1-2 years but more importantly have a strong willingness to learn.
- This role will focus a lot on the administration side, especially around timesheets and data entry.
- Understanding how awards and EBAs operate would be beneficial.
- Intermediate excel skills
